Serenity Mansions sits within Tilal Al Ghaf, Majid Al Futtaim’s masterplanned community off Hessa Street, along the shores of Lagoon Al Ghaf. Dubai Marina is around 20 minutes away, Downtown Dubai and Dubai International Airport around 35, and Al Maktoum International around 30. The Royal Grammar School Guildford Dubai sits inside the community.

Buyers choose the use of the basement and the top level — a car gallery, a home cinema, a gym, a sky suite or a penthouse boudoir — and select between two interior schemes within their collection. Architecture is divided between Nabil Gholam Architects and the South African practice SAOTA, depending on the collection. Interiors are by Blink Design Group and the landscape is by Desert INK. The developer is Majid Al Futtaim, founded in 1992 and the company behind Mall of the Emirates and Tilal Al Ghaf itself.

Completion is scheduled for Q4 2026 for the community as a whole, with the final instalment falling due at 100% completion.

A 60/40 plan across all collections: 10% on booking, 50% in staged instalments through the construction period, and the remaining 40% at 100% completion. The number and timing of the instalments differ between collections, so the schedule should be confirmed against the specific mansion at reservation.
