In Business Bay, along the Dubai Water Canal on the southern edge of Downtown Dubai. The Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall are about ten minutes away, Dubai International Airport fifteen, Dubai Marina twenty-five and Al Maktoum International thirty. The Riviera Mansion Collection holds 171 residences in three types — the two-bedroom Cannes, the three-bedroom St Tropez and the four-bedroom Monaco — and the Sky Mansion Penthouse Collection holds eleven penthouses on the upper levels. Every home has 4.2-metre floor-to-ceiling heights.

The marque’s design language shapes the building rather than simply naming it. The facade follows the fluid contours of Bugatti’s hyper cars, the residences are furnished with Bugatti pieces carrying the house’s C-line and horseshoe motifs, and the material palette runs to sodalite blue marble, Calacatta Gold, fluted tan wood and brushed chrome.

Two garage-to-penthouse car lifts carry a car from the basement directly into a Sky Mansion Penthouse, so an owner can park inside the residence itself. Parking allocations scale with the home: three bays for a Cannes, five for a St Tropez, seven for a Monaco and up to twenty for the upper penthouses.

Yes. The tower is completed, with handover from Q4 2025. Availability is therefore limited to remaining developer inventory and to the resale market, and can be confirmed on request.

Yes. In December 2025 a Sky Mansion Penthouse of around 47,200 sq.ft was sold for AED 550,000,000 — announced by Binghatti as the highest price ever paid for a penthouse in Dubai and the Middle East, at roughly AED 11,650 per sq.ft.

A 70/30 plan: 20% on booking, a further 50% across the construction period and the remaining 30% on handover. The developer has not published the individual instalment steps, so the schedule should be confirmed in the sales and purchase agreement.
