Cavalli Estates at DAMAC Hills

Cavalli Estates sits within DAMAC Hills, a gated golf community around the Trump International Golf Club, Dubai. Dubai Marina is roughly 20 minutes away, Downtown Dubai 25, Al Maktoum International Airport 28 and Dubai International 40. Jebel Ali School is five minutes from the gate.

Two mansions. The six-bedroom villa spans 11,317 sq.ft over a basement, ground and first floor with a roof level, and holds five indoor parking spaces. The seven-bedroom villa spans 17,531 sq.ft over a basement, ground, first and second floor, with twelve indoor parking spaces, nine of them in the basement. Both include a private pool, a waterfall and a built-in elevator.

The Italian house shaped the interiors and supplied the furnishings, rather than lending its name alone. Its prints, palette and materials run through the villa from the entrance hall to the bedrooms and the basement courtyard, and the homes were delivered finished in that scheme. The architecture itself is by Dubai practice B8.

The villas are built and handover has been running since 2024, so this is a ready home rather than an off-plan purchase. Availability, price and terms are agreed per villa.

At launch DAMAC offered a 60/40 plan: a 24% deposit on booking, 36% across six instalments of 6% at three-month intervals through the first eighteen months, and the final 40% on completion. The 4% Dubai Land Department fee was paid separately, in three instalments at 70%, 80% and 90% villa completion. As the villas are built, current terms are set per villa.

The basement is naturally lit and opens onto a sunken courtyard of 538 sq.ft, which is what makes it habitable rather than storage. It can be finished as a home cinema, a games arcade, a gym or a wellness suite with sauna and steam rooms, alongside the indoor parking that occupies the rest of the level.
