Handover for The Acres Estates has not been officially disclosed by the developer (TBA). Later Estates releases carry their own timelines, so the completion date should be confirmed against the specific unit at the point of reservation.
The Acres Estates is offered on a 65/35 payment plan: 10% on booking, 55% in staged instalments across the construction period, and the remaining 35% on handover (date TBA).
