What the Developer Is Known For

PMR Property was established in 2021 by founder and chairman Paulin Tomov, whose earlier European projects carry a collective value above USD 1 billion. The company works only in the hyper-luxury segment and at extremely low volume. The Rings in Jumeirah is its statement: two independent circular buildings, each holding six mansions, on a boutique waterfront plot beside the Four Seasons and Mr. C residences. Architecture comes from Foster + Partners, with work by the Emirati artist Mattar Bin Lahej integrated into the scheme.

PMR commissioned Foster + Partners for The Rings, one of very few Dubai residential projects carried by the practice from concept to completion.

Twelve Mansions, Two Buildings

The Rings holds only twelve residences — six mansions in each of two independent circular buildings — on a boutique Jumeirah waterfront plot.

Art by Mattar Bin Lahej

Work by the Emirati sculptor Mattar Bin Lahej is integrated into the project, tying an international architectural commission to a local artistic voice.
