About Developer Ellington Properties

Ellington Properties was founded in Dubai in 2014 and positions design, not scale, as its product. Its buildings are recognisable by sculptural facades, timber detailing, curated art and generous landscaping, and the studio works at boutique scale rather than mass delivery. The portfolio spans 64 projects across Downtown Dubai, Mohammed Bin Rashid City, Jumeirah Village Circle, Palm Jumeirah, Jumeirah Islands and Al Marjan Island, covering apartments, penthouses, townhouses, villas and duplexes.

Sculptural facades, timber detailing, curated art and deep landscaping define an Ellington building before its address or its floor plan does.

Ellington took four Arabian Property Awards in 2018 for architecture and interior design, and a best luxury project award for Eaton Place the following year.
