Dubai Properties was founded in 2002 as Estithmaar Realty and became part of Dubai Holding in 2005. Its portfolio is measured in districts rather than buildings: Jumeirah Beach Residence, acclaimed as the world’s largest single-phase residential project, and Business Bay, the city’s central commercial quarter.
