Al Zorah Development (Private) Company was incorporated on 31 October 2007 as a joint venture between the Government of Ajman and Solidere International. Across 5.4 million sq m of coastal land studded with creeks and mangrove forests, it has built a waterfront destination shaped around luxury residences, hospitality, golf and wellness at human scale. The Al Zorah Golf and Yacht Club, a Ramsar-listed mangrove reserve and beachfront resorts anchor the plan, with Creekside Residence, Gateway Residence, Sea Glints Mansions and Sealine Residence among the housing.
